I hold certifications in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), NASM-CPT, and RYT-200, backed by 15+ years of personal training experience and 5+ years coaching others. My style draws from calisthenics, gymnastics, conventional weightlifting, and athletic movement, particularly dance.

My approach centers on education: I want you to understand why each exercise exists in your program, so you train with intention and achieve lasting results — not just follow instructions session to session.

No cookie-cutter programs. Just a personalized plan built around your body, goals, and schedule.

Spherical Personal Training

Most training programs develop strength in one direction. Spherical Personal Training develops it in all of them.

 

Drawing from calisthenics, gymnastics, conventional weightlifting, yoga, and athletic movement, this approach treats the body as a whole system — building strength, mobility, and coordination across every plane of movement. But it doesn't stop at the physical. Breathwork, meditation, and somatic awareness are woven into the work — because how you move is inseparable from how you think, breathe, and pay attention. Understanding why you're training, and how your body works, is built into every session.

 

The goal isn't just a stronger body. It's a more capable, more aware one.
