Strength: Conventional Weightroom Training
The weightroom is one of the most effective tools for building a strong, resilient body — but only if you know how to use it. This training covers the full landscape of gym equipment: barbells for compound movements, dumbbells and kettlebells for accessory work, and machines applied with attention to mobility and mechanics. The focus is strength, with mobility built into the program from the start.
Strength: Calisthenics
Calisthenics is the art of mastering your own bodyweight. Starting from foundational movement patterns and progressing toward advanced skills — arm balances, Olympic rings, and handstand work — this training builds strength, body awareness, and coordination simultaneously. Every skill has a progressional pathway, so wherever you're starting from, there's a clear next step. The goal is to own your body in space, not just move through it.
Handstand Training
The handstand is one of the most demanding expressions of body control — requiring strength, balance, and spatial awareness in equal measure. Informed by gymnastics and yoga, this training breaks the skill into its foundational components: wrist conditioning, shoulder stability, body alignment, and kick-up mechanics. The progression is methodical, whether you're working toward your first freestanding handstand or refining one you already have.
Mobility and Flexibility Training
Flexibility alone isn't enough — true mobility means having active, usable range of motion you can control. Informed by Functional Range Conditioning® (FRCms), this training works at the level of the joint: building strength through full ranges of motion, improving nervous system function, and developing the body control that keeps you moving freely and safely over the long term. Whether you're dealing with stiffness, recovering from injury, or looking to move with more ease and efficiency, mobility training is built into every program — not treated as an afterthought.
Assisted Stretch
Done on a stretch table, assisted stretch is a hands-on treatment where you're guided passively through a series of positions — little effort required on your part. It's ideal for recovery between training sessions, releasing accumulated tension, or simply as a standalone restorative treatment. Regular sessions can improve range of motion, reduce muscle tightness, and leave you feeling more at ease in your body.
Meditation and Breathwork Coaching
Breath and attention are two of the most powerful tools you already have — and most people have never been taught to use them. Rooted in yoga tradition and informed by contemporary, nonsecular approaches to mindfulness, these sessions offer practical techniques for managing stress, improving focus, and developing a more grounded relationship with your own mind. Available as a standalone service or integrated into training and yoga sessions for a more complete experience.
Private Yoga: Customized Asana Sequencing and Theory
Available as one-on-one or small group sessions, private yoga allows for a level of attention and customization that a group class simply can't offer — adjustments when you need them, a pace that matches where you are, and a practice that evolves with you over time. Rather than following a fixed class format, each session is sequenced with intention, and you'll understand why each pose is in your practice and how it connects to the whole. Over time this builds not just physical capability, but a working knowledge of yoga you can carry into any class or self-practice.
Private Yoga Nidra, or Guided Non-Sleep Dest Rest
Yoga Nidra is a guided practice done lying down, bringing the body into a state of deep rest while the mind remains aware. Sometimes called Non-Sleep Deep Rest, it has gained recognition beyond yoga communities for its measurable effects on stress recovery, sleep quality, and mental restoration. A single session can feel like hours of sleep. No experience with yoga is necessary — just the ability to lie still and follow a voice.
Accountability Coaching
Having a goal is one thing. Building the structure, habits, and mindset to actually reach it is another. Accountability coaching is for anyone who knows what they want but keeps getting in their own way — whether that's in fitness, career, creative work, or daily life. Sessions are a space to get honest about what's working, what isn't, and what the next real step looks like. No generic advice. Just consistent, focused support to help you follow through.
