OFFERINGS

As a movement and wellness coach, my main objective is to help you feel at home in your mind-body - because it’s by knowing our vessels better that we navigate life’s pushes and pulls with confidence, preparedness and ease.

I can enhance your mobility and control, as well as further develop your strength, power, and overall awareness in a number of ways, mostly through resistance and mobility training, and yoga. 

RESISTANCE AND MOBILITY TRAINING

As a trainer (NASM-certified, FRC Mobility Specialist), the programs I design often blend resistance training with mobility, as well as other techniques and concepts I've learned from calisthenics, or gymnastics-adjacent practices, and dance.

From the start, the training I provide places emphasis on details, and we further develop your mind-body by focusing on areas of weaknesses while refining your strengths. I'm here to remove the guesswork in revamping your fitness routine; rely on me for expertise, accountability, and the effectiveness of a watchful eye progressing you each step of the way.

YOGA 

I work with individuals and small groups, customizing sequences that may include a blend of asana, pranayama, meditation, mobility, functional movement, and relaxation exercises. My practice is a mixed, alignment-focused hatha vinyasa, influenced by Katonah Yoga, Forrest, Bikram, and Ashtanga. 

I also offer restorative yoga sequencing, as well as yoga nidra meditations. Yoga nidra, or guided non-sleep deep rest, is a meditation practiced lying down, or in a comfortable, stationary position; it’s often referred to as conscious sleeping. This practice offers a deep reset and is proven to improve better sleep skills over time.

PRIVATE AND PUBLIC CLASSES

For individual and group privates, we meet at your home, a neutral place (i.e., the park) or at Nimble Fitness​ near Union Square. I teach yoga at Chelsea Piers in downtown Brooklyn every Saturday at 8:45am and Monday night at 6:15pm. Guest passes are available; please contact me if you'd like to join a class.
